14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are shopping as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at karolisecommerce@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

 

Please note: because Terra Relief Magnesium Comfort Cream is a sealed cosmetic product, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, for health and hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. This is a standard exemption under EU consumer protection law (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at karolisecommerce@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and will let you know if a return shipment is needed - in most cases it is not.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
